Return Policy

All of our products are freshly made to order and are considered perishable goods.
As such, the standard 14-day return policy does not apply to these items.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless:

      • The product arrives damaged,
      • The incorrect item was received, or
      • There is a quality-related concern with your order.

Your satisfaction means a great deal to us, and we’ll always do our best to make things right should any issue arise.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take great care in preparing and packaging each order. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please follow the steps below so we can assist you promptly:

What to Do:

      • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.
      • Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of:
      • The product (showing the damage or incorrect item)
      • The external packaging
      • The delivery label

How We’ll Help:

Once we’ve reviewed your case, we may offer one of the following solutions:

      • A replacement
      • A partial or full refund

We will determine the most appropriate resolution based on the circumstances of each case.

 

Late Delivery & Spoilage

All parcels are carefully packed, designed to keep items safe and fresh for up to 48 hours during transit.

If your delivery arrives significantly delayed due to courier error and the product is spoiled or unsafe to consume, please contact us as soon as possible with:

      • Photos of the product and packaging
      • The delivery date and time
      • The tracking information

Please note that we cannot offer refunds or replacements for delays caused by incorrect delivery details or recipient unavailability at the time of delivery.
