At Ever Cherish, every pastry is freshly baked to order.
Because delicate pastries lose their crispness soon after baking, we take extra care to preserve that just-out-of-the-oven freshness.

Each piece is baked to perfection, then gently frozen to lock in its delicate texture, flavour, and aroma. Using proven insulation boxes and specially selected gel packs, we maintain the ideal temperature throughout its journey, helping your treats arrive in the same beautiful condition as when they left our kitchen.

Together with our trusted courier partners, we ensure your order is handled with care from our oven to your doorstep.

Home delivery is not only about convenience — it allows us to deliver our pastries at their very best, so you can enjoy the quality and experience we lovingly create.

Delivery Fees:

    • Frozen shipping fee: from £6.85 to £5.25 — the more items you add, the lower the fee.
      £6.85  Shipping fee For orders up to £39.99

    • Non-frozen shipping: £3.50
      Includes Castella Cakes and Snowy Biscuits.
      Flat rate shipping applies regardless of weight.
      

Delivery Date

We currently do not offer a guaranteed delivery date service.

However, you are welcome to leave a note at checkout with your latest preferred delivery date, and we will do our very best to accommodate your request — in most cases, this can be achieved.

As all our products are freshly made to order and require careful temperature-controlled preparation and packaging, please allow 2–3 working days for production and dispatch.

We highly recommend placing your order in advance to to ensure everything is delivered smoothly and on time.

Storage Instructions

For products that require freezing (such as cheesecakes, canelés, rice cakes, and financiers), please place them in the freezer immediately upon receipt.

Please refer to the “Use By” label on each container box for specific dates.

When stored properly in the freezer, our products remain safe to enjoy for up to two months. For the best results, we recommend consuming them within two to four weeks.

Before serving, transfer the product to the refrigerator and allow it to thaw for 12 hours.

Once defrosted, do not refreeze.

Please enjoy the product within 3–4 days after thawing.
